What the automated analysis does
It reads the documents you upload to extract factual details such as merchant name, purchase date, amount, products and refund terms, and uses them to build your timeline and case summary.
Source and confidence
Every extracted fact is tied to the document it came from, with a confidence level. Facts that cannot be established from your documents or statements are marked unknown and returned to you as a question.
You confirm everything
You review, correct and approve every document before anything is sent. Automated output is never sent on your behalf.
