Please read these terms before using MoneyBackCase. This template should be reviewed by your own counsel before launch.
1. The service
MoneyBackCase is a consumer self-help, case-building and document-organization platform. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit, and for deciding whether and when to send any document to a business. Every communication is sent in your own name.
3. Fees
The case review is a one-time $99 fee. The fee pays for access to the case-building platform, not for any particular result.
4. No outcome guarantee
MoneyBackCase does not guarantee refunds, settlements or any specific outcome.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MoneyBackCase to submit false information, impersonate another person, or harass a business or individual.
