Case records are protected by row-level access rules so that only you — and authorized MoneyBackCase staff supporting your case — can access them. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.

To build and organize your case, generate the documents you request, communicate with you about your case, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your case data or ask us to delete your account and associated records.
